We are bound by a number of regulations, aimed at ensuring all of our passengers are treated with care and respect, but we appreciate that some passengers may have additional needs or may require a standard of service that is separate from what most people would consider to be the standard service for passengers.

We follow the guidelines of licencing authorities and local councils carefully and this is why we offer training on vulnerable people. As a company, we want to ensure that everyone feels safe when travelling with us but we also want to ensure that all of our drivers feel safe, secure and confident in the work that they undertake.

The training on this matter isn’t just to ensure that passengers receive the highest standard of care and attention, it is to support our drivers and to assist them in the work that they do. The training we provide on vulnerable people will ensure that our drivers understand what to do in any situations involving vulnerable people and it will provide them with the information they need to know.

This training isn’t just provided to our drivers, this is a training course that we provide to all of our employees. This is because we believe the only way we can ensure that vulnerable people receive the level of care they need is to ensure that we are committed to this as a company. Our operators will be advised on the matter, ensuring they provide a reliable service of care at the booking process. All of our other team members will be informed of what to do in certain situations and we aim to create a clear path of communication for anyone who has concerns about the condition of vulnerable people.
